Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear and swimwear unless the items are defective or not as described. These items must have their original hygiene seals intact for any return consideration.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
